Where We Started & Where We Are Today
Our story began with the recycling of plastic flakes into high-quality PCR pellets. Over the years we grew our processing capabilities and deepened our expertise in post-consumer and post-industrial plastic streams.
In 2023, we took a significant step forward with the launch of a modern extrusion line for thermoforming foils at our Varaždin facility — expanding from recycling into full-scale production of PS and PP foils for packaging manufacturers across Europe.
Today, Replast Extrusion operates two specialized production facilities in Croatia, combining experience, technology, and precision to produce consistent, high-quality materials for thermoformers, packaging manufacturers, and compounders.

Recycling & Regranulation
Our original facility where post-consumer plastic waste is sorted, washed, and processed into high-quality PCR pellets and flakes. We process PS, PP, HDPE, LDPE, and PP/PE materials with full traceability and EU-compliant documentation.

Extrusion & Foil Production
Launched in 2023, our Varaždin extrusion facility produces PS and PP thermoforming foils from virgin, blended, and 100% PCR raw materials. Equipped with a modern extrusion line capable of A/B and A/B/A multilayer configurations.
